Appending Text Without Quicksilver
I wrote this quick applescript that will post a time stamped entry to a text file. This was originally submitted to Minimal Mac, but required some changes. You can still read the original post here.
The download now contains two versions of the script - one version that appends new posts to the bottom of your document and one that posts new entries at the top. The original download included instructions to make the script top post, but IF YOU FOLLOW THE OLD INSTRUCTIONS THE BEGINNING OF THE FILE WILL BE OVERWRITTEN. I will post more details about the workaround later, but for now you can just download the new package with updated scripts and a new readme file above.
